MISSONI: means MISSONI Far East Co, Ltd., with its contact address at Room 114, 03/F, Building 11, 696 Weihai Road, Jing ’an District, Shanghai.
网站、线上店铺和应用程序：是指MISSONI运营的网站、线上店铺和应用程序，包括www.missoni.it的官方网站、MISSONI在天猫平台运营的旗舰店、我们运营的微信小程序、公众号、微博账号、抖音账号、小红书账号。
Websites, Online Stores and Applications: means the websites, online stores and applications operated by MISSONI, including the official website of www.missoni.it, the flagship store operated by MISSONI on Tmall, the WeChat applets, public accounts, Weibo accounts, Douyin accounts and Little red book accounts operated by us.
2. 您的个人信息及隐私权的重要性 / The importance of your personal information and privacy rights

如果MISSONI出现被合并，或其资产、网站或业务被转让的情况，我们可能就此披露和转移您的个人信息。在此之前，我们将告知您接收方的名称或者姓名和联系方式。接收方变更处理目的、处理方式的，我们将会要求接收方再次获得您的同意。
We may disclose and transfer your personal information in the event of a merger of MISSONI or a transfer of assets, websites or business of MISSONI. Prior to that time, we will tell you the name or names and contact information of the recipient. If the recipient changes the purpose or method of processing, we will request the recipient to obtain your consent again.
10. 公开您的个人信息 / Disclosure of your personal information
除非法律法规要求，我们仅会在取得您单独同意的前提下公开、披露您的个人信息。

11. 我们对个人信息的存储 / Our storage of personal information
您的个人信息将储存在中国境内。我们仅在必要、符合中国法律法规的前提下使用海外设施处理、存储或备份您的部分个人信息。我们将存储期限控制在为实现处理目的所必要的最短时间。对于您的个人信息，我们将存储最长达7年，到期后我们将删除或根据法律保留义务予以存档。
Your personal information will be stored in China. We will only use offshore facilities to process, store or back up some of your personal information as necessary and in compliance with PRC laws and regulations. We will store your personal information for the minimum period necessary for our processing purposes. With respect to your personal information, we will store it for up to 7 years, after which we will delete it or archive it in accordance with our legal retention obligations.
12. 我们对个人信息的跨境传输 / Our overseas transmission of personal information
我们仅在必要、符合中国法律法规的前提下向中国境外提供您的个人信息的。在您的个人信息出境前，我们将告知您境外接收方的名称、联系方式、处理目的、处理方式、个人信息的种类以及您向境外接收方行使中国法律法规规定权利的方式和程序等事项，并取得您的单独同意。
We only provide your personal information outside the PRC if necessary and in accordance with PRC laws and regulations. Before your personal information is transmitted overseas, we will inform you of the name and contact information of the overseas recipient, processing purpose, processing method, type of personal information, as well as the means and procedures for you to exercise the rights stipulated in PRC laws and regulations to the overseas recipient, and obtain your separate consent.
13. 隐私政策的修改 / Changes to Privacy Policy
MISSONI有权随时修改其隐私政策，并通过我们的网站、线上店铺和应用程序上发布隐私政策的更新版本的方式通知您，并在隐私政策的开头部分注明最近一次更新时间。无论我们是否已经向您发送有关变更的具体通知，如您继续使用我们提供的产品或服务，更新后的隐私政策将同时对您和我们产生约束。
MISSONI reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy at any time and to notify you of updates by publishing them on our Website, Online Store and Applications with the last updated date at the beginning of the Privacy Policy. The updated Privacy Policy will bind both you and us if you continue to use the products or services we provide, regardless of whether we have given you specific notice of the change.
